Simple Future

The Simple Future

O futuro indica incerteza, e quando a ação é decidida no momento da fala, então usaremos o Futuro do Presente.

Forma: will + main verb (verbo principal sem o 'to')

Exemplos:
AfirmativaI will go to the movies tomorrow. (to go) = Irei ao cinema amanhã.

Como podemos observar, na afirmativa colocamos o will depois do sujeito "I" e adicionamos o verbo principal sem o "to" do infinitivo.

NegativaI will not (won't go to the mall tomorrow.  (to go) = Não irei ao "shopping" amanhã.

Para formar a negativa, basta acrescentar o not após o will.

Interrogativa: Will you  go to the movies next week? = Você irá ao cinema semana que vem ?

A interrogativa é feita com a colocação do Will no início da frase seguido do sujeito, no exemplo o you, e acrescido do verbo principal no infinitivo sem o to.

Advérbios do futuro (Future Adverbs):
tomorrow = amanhã
next week = semana que vem
next month = próximo mês
next year = ano que vem ou próximo ano
next weekend = no próximo final de semana
